37.2. At the time of renewal of a brokerage permit in 2012, the legal person must again submit to the Commission for approval the by-laws referred to in subparagraph b of subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 5. In accordance with section 47.13.1 of the Transport Act (chapter T-12), the by-laws must have been previously approved by the subscribers.
